Enerpac shows new smart transporter solutions for engine manufacturers at Bauma 2025
At Bauma, Enerpac is operating nine demonstrations including a 600 ton capacity, Self-Propelled Electric Transporter working in conjunction with an Enerpac hydraulic gantry, and many new tools for assisting with engine manufacture and maintenance.

At Bauma, Enerpac is operating nine demonstrations including a 600 ton capacity, Self-Propelled Electric Transporter working in conjunction with an Enerpac hydraulic gantry, and many new tools for assisting with engine manufacture and maintenance.
Highlight of the Enerpac stand at Bauma is the DTA by Enerpac Self-Propelled Electric Transporter (below), one of the many load moving transporters available from the recently Enerpac-acquired DTA Systems. It demonstrates the flexibility Enerpac brings to lifting and moving loads on-site. Using AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicles) and ARM (Automated Mobile Robotic) technologies allow transportation of loads up to 1,000 ton with millimetre precision. When arranged in a dual configuration with wireless connectivity, the two transporters provide an unprecedented flexibility of movement when transporting heavy loads on-site.
The 600 ton capacity Self-Propelled Electric Transporter will be demonstrated working in conjunction with an Enerpac ML40 Mini Lift Gantry, a 40 ton entry-level gantry system for industrial movers. Other demonstrations will include excavator maintenance with Enerpac SCJ-Series Cube Jacks, along with joint pin removal using the Enerpac PPH-Series Hydraulic Pin Puller.

The ease of manoeuvring heavy machinery in the tight confines of a factory floor will be demonstrated with the Enerpac ETT-Series Turntable capable of handling loads up to 400T, the Enerpac EMV-Series E-mover battery powered load skate – a self-propelled skate featuring a central load bearing plate, and Enerpac LHSS-400, 400 ton capacity low-height skidding system.
