Rehlko is set to participate in the 34th edition of Bauma, the world’s premier trade fair for construction machinery, building material machines, mining machines, construction vehicles, and construction equipment. The event will take place from April 7 to 13, 2025, in Munich, Germany.

Rehlko will feature its most advanced and widely recognized engines, along with its latest diesel engine oils and coolants, engineered for peak performance in demanding applications.

At the Rehlko booth we will see the tested KSD Series, widely adopted by customers across various industries. Engineered for versatility and efficiency, the KSD series is designed to enhance machine productivity, lower total cost of ownership, and minimize downtime through advanced engine mapping and extended maintenance intervals. The KSD engine series meet stringent global emission standards, including EU Stage V, US Tier 4 Final (EPA/CARB), China IV, and Bharat Trem V/CEV V.

There will also be the KDI series: with over 350,000 units produced and 1 billion field operating hours, the KDI series has made a major impact across North America, Europe, and Asia, particularly in construction and agriculture. Designed from the ground up, KDI engines deliver high power and torque in a compact footprint, enabling equipment downsizing without sacrificing performance. Equipped with state-of-the-art combustion technology and tailored after-treatment solutions, the KDI series meets global emission standards while maximizing efficiency and versatility across applications.

We will also see a gasoline engine, not the recent Command PRO 888, but the ECH 980, which delivers 28.3 kW of power, setting a new standard for performance and reliability. Designed for demanding commercial applications, it features heavy-duty sleeve bearings for enhanced durability and a fully integrated oil cooler to extend engine and oil life. Hydraulic lifters eliminate valve train maintenance, while advanced sensor technology optimizes performance by adapting to operating conditions. With robust torque output, fuel efficiency, and easy serviceability, the ECH 980 ensures maximum uptime and productivity.

Rehlko at Bauma 2025 with the new diesel engine fluids

In addition to taking advantage of Bauma to introduce the new president of the Engines division to Europe (Eric Fontaine), Rehlko will also introduce its newly developed diesel engine fluids, specifically formulated and tested for Rehlko/Kohler diesel engines. These engine oils and coolants (named Xtreme Conditions Oil and Xtended Life Formula Coolant) are engineered to provide exceptional protection, peak performance, and extended equipment life, offering a high-performance solution for professionals requiring maximum reliability in their specialized applications.
