Bonfiglioli chooses Turntide as partner for high-voltage systems

Bonfiglioli and Turntide Technologies have set up a collaboration on high voltage systems. This is what they shared with us and what we witnessed at the Bonfiglioli stand at bauma.  These solutions combine Bonfiglioli’s advanced motor technology paired with Turntide’s breakthrough power electronics. The focus of applications is really wide. To stay within the bauma perimeter, they mention excavators track, swing and pump drives and compact construction.

Turntide shares the construction ecosystem with the Italian company

Who is Turntide Technologies? For Bonfiglioli, it is the natural complement for certain applications of its gearboxes and the supply of an integrated system for industrial mobile applications. Turntide is involved in the electric motors, power electronics, energy storage, and thermal equipment businesses for an anthology of fields, including off highway automotive, commercial vehicles, rail, marine, light vehicles, commercial buildings, and premium automotive. Over the coming months, the company will announce further success stories with other partners as part of Turntide Turnkey Solutions, expanding its ecosystem of best-in-class electrification partners. This collaboration could be extended to other aspects of electrification in the future.
