What has ZADI Group been up to at bauma 2025?
At bauma 2025 ZAPI Group brought two innovations, DCC3, a compact DC/DC converter (Gen 3) and continuous high voltage fast chargers

At bauma 2025 Zapi Group showed up wearing the clothes of system integration. Two innovations were under the spotlights: DCC3, a rugged, compact DC/DC converter (Gen 3) developed by Inmotion, and continuous high voltage fast chargers. These are products that respond to the customization needs of larger operating machines, in order to carry out recharging in a short time. 4-e Consulting made its contribution, because while on the one hand we find on-shelf components such as inverters, electric motors and power boards, on the other hand these products have been grouped together in the indicated contexts.
ZAPI Group at bauma 2025. Some details more
At bauma 2025 ZAPI Group unveiled the new DCC3 converts input voltages from 250 to 900V into a stable, adjustable 12 or 24V output, delivering up to 10 kW of power for auxiliary systems in electric or hybrid industrial, commercial, and utility vehicles. The new converter design is available for prototyping now and for serial production at the end of this year. Talking about charging systems, the XV3300 and CT3.3 is a high-performance, fast charging, 3-in-1 charging systems for 3.3kW applications. The SG9 charger, a 9kW modular, flexible off-board charger for harsh environments. So, it’s suitable for the tipical working conditions of the bauma ecosystem.
About Ubiquicom
There is a new member who jointed the family in Munich, the Milan-based Ubiquicom, acquired this year, which deals with real time localisation and tracking systems. The Real Time Locating System is a system for localization in logistics and goods handling. Basically, RTLS impacts on the safety aspects. These devices prevent moving machinery from colliding with people and objects, automate the management of goods to be handled and optimize processes and resources in warehouses.
