Eberspaecher and Zeliox are aware that sustainability answers require integration and sharing of skills. At bauma Munich we will be able to experience these assumptions first hand, arising from the joint venture agreement, between the two companies.

Zeliox and Eberspaecher for construction sites

The Zeliox all-in-one energy management system brings electricity directly to construction sites. It provides a reliable source of power for a wide range of appliances, from drills and circular saws to superchargers. Available in four different sizes and output classes from 0.65 kWh (50 Ah) to 2.6 kWh (200 Ah), it covers all scopes of use. The system can also be expanded with additional batteries to achieve even better performance. The all-in-one design integrates all the necessary components and allows installation time in a maximum of two hours with just a few screw and cable connections. The system is permanently installed in the vehicle and serves as a mobile power source for operating a wide range of tools or charging batteries.

Going deeper

According with Eberspaecher during operation, the fast DC/DC converter enables the Zeliox system to recharge quickly via the vehicle’s battery—fully charging in three hours for ECO 1 and 2, and under six hours for ECO 3. Alternatively, it can reach full charge in just 1.5 hours using an EV charging infrastructure or a 230V connection for smaller ICE vehicles. A user-friendly app provides charge status updates and easy system control. Additionally, remote monitoring allows management of connected devices within the vehicle. The Zeliox Control Module acts as a hub, distributing power through six individually programmable channels for tools, work lights, or battery charging stations.

They will showcase also other thermal management solutions for all drive systems at bauma, including integrated temperature control for the cab, battery, and motor, as well as energy-efficient cab climate control with the Dualtronic heat pump.
