NSK renews the Agri Disc Hubs series with the launch of the AS range
With the aim of ensuring that its products continue to meet the most advanced needs of the agricultural industry, NSK will market a renewed range of Agri Disc Hub Series A units.
Quality, performance and cost are the three keys to the renovation project of the Agri Disc Hubs Series AHU28117A units undertaken by NSK. The new range, distinguished by the suffix AS, covers three popular sizes: AHU28117AS-01 (four holes), AHU28117AS-02 (five holes) and AHU28117AS-03 (six holes). These new products offer a number of features that help improve performance in demanding agricultural applications, including: prevention of contamination thanks to excellent sealing capacity; maintenance free, thanks to lifetime lubrication; solid housing that supports high loads and speeds; easy installation with quick change for reduced downtime; and long bearing life.

These characteristics are ideal for a growing and evolving sector such as agriculture, where the practice of mechanical weeding is rapidly spreading to avoid the use of glyphosate. NSK has been manufacturing Agri Disc Hub units for over ten years at the Neuweg plant in Munderkingen, Germany. This plant, thanks to its highly flexible production configuration, will also produce the new AS series which, among other improvements, features an optimized flange.A best quality approach, combined with the proven flexibility of the Munderkingen factory, allows the agricultural sector to continue reaping the benefits of Agri Disc Hubs for use on plowing and cover crops, front rollers, seed drills, harvesters, cleaning of the inter-row and finger hoeing machines.
