AS Labruna has announced the launch of the new range of hybrid generators and range extenders of the HEVOlution line, a series of cutting-edge power banks designed to meet the growing needs for sustainability and performance in the nautical sector. The first model of the range, HEVOlution 80-37, made its world debut at the Metstrade in Amsterdam, the most prestigious international fair for nautical components, representing a decisive step towards innovative and environmentally friendly energy solutions.

The HEVOlution generators are designed to ensure maximum efficiency and versatility. These are variable speed generators that can be powered by HVO in combination with an integrated large capacity battery, capable of managing high continuous discharge currents. This configuration allows for extremely flexible use: HEVOlution generators can in fact operate in serial hybrid mode for electric propulsion, power on-board services, or perform both tasks simultaneously.

The technological heart of the HEVOlution range is designed to be sustainable and suitable for numerous applications, ensuring high performance and a significant reduction in environmental impact. Thanks to the use of HVO, these generators can reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 90%, offering an environmentally friendly solution without compromising power and reliability.

AS Labruna HEVOlution 80-37

HEVOlution 80-37, the flagship model that was presented at Mets, is designed to deliver a continuous power of 80 kW in a silent and efficient way, thanks to the battery with NMC 811 technology. One of the strengths of this generator is its rapid charging capacity: the battery can be recharged from 20% to 80% in just 17 minutes via the generator, or in about an hour using renewable sources such as solar panels or wind generators, if there is adequate power capacity.

HEVOlution 80-37 represents a real turning point for the sector, guaranteeing an ideal combination of performance, silence and respect for the environment. The use of high-quality components is one of the secrets of its efficiency: the FNM 13 HPE common rail engine, powered by HVO, combines with a Bosch Engineering electric generator, while the battery guarantees durability and reliability even in the most demanding conditions.

Massimo Labruna, AS Labruna CEO, expressed great satisfaction with the launch of the HEVOlution line, declaring that this innovation confirms the company’s commitment to sustainable and advanced boating.“We have worked with dedication to create a range of products that meet the needs of the current market, focusing on reducing emissions and improving performance. We want to promote the electrification of boating by making autonomy a strong point for this type of propulsion”.
