QS Seamaster presents its range of thrusters at Metstrade, the largest and most important exhibition in the world of components, systems and accessories for the nautical sector. The new QS Seamaster range, entirely made in Italy, includes five types of thrusters: electric DC, three-phase AC, brushless DC-AC, hydraulic, with tunnel or retractable installation, on/off and proportional (proportional only for brushless DC-AC).

All models are built with high-strength components that ensure maximum performance and efficiency of each engine. The bronze foot is designed with a hydrodynamic profile capable of minimizing turbulence, maximizing efficiency and reducing noise. The propellers, made of composite material or NiBrAl alloy, with 4 and 5 blades, are designed to guarantee superior performance and efficiency by each motor.

A control system equipped with a microprocessor intervenes preventively in case of engine overheating, without suddenly stopping the use of the thruster, to ensure its use anyway. The aluminum anodic protection of the unit is easily replaceable, while the flexible coupling with an exclusive design protects it from mechanical shocks.

QS Seamaster thrusters developed by Saim and Quick Spa

The QS Seamaster thrusters have been developed by combining the two great experiences of Saim and Quick Spa, using the most advanced technologies and materials already tested and have been designed to be easily replaceable with competing products. All thrusters have protections against polarity inversion, output short circuits, prolonged thrusters activity and interruption of the control wiring.

Born on the specifications of Saim Marine, strategic supplier of the main Italian shipyards, QS Seamaster is produced exclusively for the new brand by Quick Spa, manufacturer of nautical accessories and on-board technological systems, and will be marketed globally by Saim Marine.
