Dana Incorporated has made some recent and relevant changes in the company’s off-highway management. Jeroen Decleer has been named vice president and general manager of mobile Europe for Dana Off-Highway Drive and Motion Systems.
Jeroen Decleer takes over Rino Tarolli’s responsibility
Mr Decleer – whose curriculum also includes a master’s degree in engineering with a specialization in automation from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende in Belgium and a master’s degree in international relations and global affairs from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milano, Italy – has been with Dana since 2004 and has directed global sales, product and program management, and strategy for our off-highway business unit since 2016.
As part of this promotion, he takes over responsibility for managing Dana’s off-highway operations in Europe from Rino Tarolli, who is retiring from Dana after 23 years with the company (read the first, second, third and fourth parts of our interview with Mr Tarolli, earlier this year).
Off-highway management: a promotion for Marcus King
Lastly, Marcus King has been promoted to vice president of off-highway global sales, business development, strategy, and program management, in addition to his current role in leading all of Dana’s business units in China. Mr King has worked for Dana since 1995, holding numerous leadership positions with increasing responsibility in IT, purchasing, program management, and operations. He has served in strategic leadership roles in China for the past 13 years.
