PMC Hydraulics Group, a subsidiary of Dacke Industri since 2016, completed the acquisition of the Indian company Hydroquip Hydraulics.

PMC has entered an agreement to acquire the remaining shares in Hydroquip Hydraulics

There is certainly harmony and long-term vision in the deal that led PMC Hydraulics Group in July to acquire the entire share package of Hydroquip Hydraulics. Headquartered in Helsingborg, Sweden, PMC is one of the leading Nordic providers of hydraulic systems and components for OEM customers across Europe and Asia, with locations in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, China, and India. The offering extends from construction and design to complete hydraulic systems and components. Established in 2016, Hydroquip Hydraulics is based in Bangalore and it started ad Kawasaki Hydraulics distributor.
