From 18 to 20 May, the BCS Group will be present at Caspian Agro, the largest forum dedicated to agriculture in the Caspian region, held in Baku every year.

After launching its Spirit 70 compact tractor, BCS will present its range of PowerSafe walking tractors to a market that has all the credentials to develop double-digit growth in the coming years. Azerbaijan is, in fact, one of the oldest agricultural centers in the world, and the country’s climatic diversity – which includes nine climatic zones – allows for a wide range of crops. According to a report by the Asian Development Bank, agricultural productivity, if stimulated, could double or even triple in the medium term. The development of the agricultural sector therefore occupies a leading position in the Government’s programs through an incentive policy that provides interesting concessions for investors, including foreign ones.

Caspian Agro is an event dedicated, in particular, to the introduction of advanced technologies in the agro-industrial area of the Republic of Azerbaijan and to the strengthening of commercial links between local and foreign farmers. The fair attracts major players in the agricultural industry, local and foreign experts, as well as thousands of professionals in the sector, including importers, exporters, distributors, representatives of the wholesale and retail trade and farmers.

The PowerSafe series offers different models to meet the demands of all professionals, guaranteeing the possibility of finding the most suitable model for your purpose and thanks to the wide availability of petrol or diesel engines, in the presence of the differential, independent brakes or cascade reducers on the wheels. Available with mechanical or continuously variable transmission, all PowerSafe series walking tractors are equipped with a reversible handlebar so that they can be used with both rear and front implements.

The WS PowerSafe reach everywhere also thanks to the Honda Alps engines that allow you to work on steep slopes without drops in performance caused by fuel problems and without failures due to incorrect lubrication. The result of the close collaboration of BCS’s R&D department with that of the engine manufacturer, the Alps Series includes the 8.6 horsepower GX270, 10.7 horsepower GX340 and 11.7 horsepower GX390 models.
