Goldoni tractors and the G2 engines of HD Hyundai Infracore
At EIMA International Goldoni showed up with the C60, E60, T60, Q80 equipped by Hyundai Infracore compacts. It shared the booth with TYM tractors
In this POST you will find news of the agreement to supply Goldoni with HD Hyundai Infracore’s G2 engines. We take the opportunity to elaborate on the partnership in light of the trade show set-up at EIMA in Bologna. A booth that featured Goldoni joined by another Korean manufacturer, this time of tractors.
Dialogue of compacts: Goldoni and HD Hyundai Infracore
Both compacts and isodiameters on the portfolio have been refreshed with the introduction of Hyundai Infracore 3- and 4-cylinders Diesel engines. To be powered by the Korean engines (planned in three cubes, at 1.8, 2.4 and 3.4 liters) are the C60, E60, T60, Q80 models as well as the top-of-the-line Q110. Talking about the G2 Series, the D34 is a 4-cylinder with an 850 cc single cylinder displacement (BxS 98 x 113 mm), pushing just over 100 kW and reaching up to 500 Nm.
Just 335 kg and compact dimensions to simplify installation on orchard and vineyard tractors that require super-compact dimensions in row crops. With the introduction of the Stage V engine range, all Goldoni tractors models will be equipped with a new feature called ‘Cruise RPM memory‘ that allows up to 2 separate engine speeds to be set and stored in memory to facilitate tractor operation. During field work, in practice, operators will have full control of engine speed and RPM even without using the accelerator pedal.
Sharing the stage with TYM
The collaboration between TYM and Goldoni has seen the launch of 4 product ranges, 15 models with Yanmar and TYM Stage V engines, mechanical and hydrostatic transmissions in roll-bar and cab versions. Compact and versatile tractors, also available with original equipment such as ventral plate, front loader and backhoe, with power ratings ranging from 14 to 40 kW and which will increase, thanks to the arrival of new open field models. In Bologna, the Korean manufacturer presented the 4 and 5 series, with powers ranging from 55 to 95.6 kW, powered by a Deutz 4-cylinder Stage V engine, powershuttle and powershift transmission, and top driving comfort with pneumatic seat, spool valves and electronic linkage, with a new control layout that facilitates every operation. Ultimately, thanks to the inclusion of the TYM range in the dealers of reference, Goldoni is increasingly aiming to be a full-liner manufacturer and distributor of specialized machines, with an offering ranging from hydrostatic sub-compacts to isodiameters, load-bed tractors and even digital services.
