Himoinsa will be present at IRE (International Rental Exhibition) from 6 to 8 June in Maastricht, where it will feature its Mobile Power products aimed at the rental and construction sectors.

The company is also attending this year’s ERA Convention as a member of the European Rental Association, and will meet with the sector’s key players to exchange knowledge and experience, discuss European regulations and raise awareness regarding future challenges.

During the IRE trade fair Himoinsa will be presenting its new hybrid lighting tower, battery power storage and distribution systems, and mobile charging stations for electric construction machinery. New products that combine diverse technology involved in generation, storage, power distribution and lighting in its strong commitment to offering the market environmentally-responsible equipment.

After presenting its electrification strategy at Bauma, Himoinsa is working on its roadmap towards emissions reduction and is developing increasingly sustainable Mobile Power equipment. This allows it to position itself as a strategic partner for rental companies seeking solutions which ensure efficiency and a reduced carbon footprint.

Himoinsa: new developments to be featured at IRE

HBOX+ Hybrid (opening image)Himoinsa has developed a hybrid lighting tower that combines a battery and diesel engine, guaranteeing a considerable reduction in emissions, noise and operating costs. It is an ideal solution for events and working areas requiring low sound emissions and reduced CO2 emissions.

This versatile equipment offers four different working modes, which can be selected as required by the client at any given time. ‘Electric’ (100% battery) or 100% ‘diesel’ working mode, ‘as well as in ‘hybrid’ mode (diesel and battery) or powered by the grid or any other external power source (such as a generator set).

MCS | Mobile Charging Station: At IRE, Himoinsa will present the first MCS model designed for recharging electric construction, mining and agricultural machinery. Now that the equipment fleet is becoming electric, rental companies need on-site charging stations to ensure that they can recharge their equipment, as well as easily transportable units that can be made available to end users at work sites alongside whatever electric equipment they have rented.

EHR | Battery Power Generator: At Bauma, Himoinsa presented its battery power storage and distribution equipment. At IRE they will feature the 45/60 model (60kW/h), equipped with a HICORE System, management technology designed by Himoinsa that allows for a more efficient use of power. This smart management system selects the most favourable power source for each charging condition.

EHR can operate as a single source of power generation (stand-alone basis) for powering construction machinery (cranes, pumps, etc.) or even as a recharging station for electrical construction machinery, as well as allowing integration with gas and diesel generator sets, thus reducing the generator sets’ number of hours of operation. The Battery Power Generator is also prepared for connection to the grid or photovoltaic modules. It is a compact, silent and clean product.
