Battery One aims to electrify applications that suffer from the vibrations and shocks caused by their specific use. Where could we find these power solutions? We are on the construction site and we include internal vibrator systems for concrete compaction, trowels for smoothing concrete and screed, wall and ceiling grinders, single-direction and reversible vibratory plates, plate compactors and battery-powered rammers.

Tailored to the needs of construction sites

Among Battery One’s distinguished references are over 50 machines from OEMs including Wacker Neuson, Mikasa, Swepac, Dynapac and Enar. Schwamborn has recently been added to the list. “We are delighted that our equipment is joining the Battery One family,” says Eckart Schwamborn, CEO of Schwamborn Gerätebau. “We recognize the many benefits this battery standard will offer our customers, and are glad that we can make a positive contribution to the electrification of construction sites.” Schwamborn can be said to have stayed loyal to the engineering and quality approach of ‘Made in Germany’. Construction machinery, tools and accessories are manufactured in Wangen near Göppingen for grinding, milling, trowelling and cleaning of floors, walls and ceilings. We are near Stuttgart (Do you hear the echoes of Mercedes Benz and Porsche?), Lake Constance, where ZF and FPT Industrial’s research centre in Arbon are located.

The batteries are available in three power classes (500 Wh, 1000 Wh, 1400 Wh) and comes with a standard charger, a fast charger and a UN-certified transport box. The German company designs battery solutions tailored for demanding and compact applications in the earthmoving sector. Its batteries stand out for their ease of use, allowing for quick replacement without tools and in just a few steps. With a simple push of a button, the system is ready to operate as soon as the battery is inserted. A clear and transparent battery level display ensures constant monitoring of the charge status.
