MORODER FOR FPT INDUSTRIAL DURING BAUMA MUNICH
From 7 to 10 January 2020, more than 4,500 exhibitors will launch nearly 20,000 new transformative tech products to more than 170,000 attendees, encompassing 5G connectivity, artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality, smart cities and resilience, sports, robotics and more. CES Las Vegas will feature new and expanded exhibit areas, 300 conference sessions with 1,100 speakers, and more than 1,200 startups.
CES Las Vegas. The place to be for the sound of the future
Why an industrial engines company will be show here? Because the ‘sound of the future’ will be presented exactly during CES Las Vegas with a live session by Giorgio Moroder on January 8th. The sound goes by the name of Preludio and is the first project of its kind in the industry, a testament to FPT Industrial’s innovative spirit.
“We need more than silence for the engines of the future. Without sound, we can never fully enjoy our on-board experience. And we need more than just sound: we need music!” said Giorgio Moroder during his time in Arbon, in Switzerland, at the FPT Industrial R&D center. This is how the idea of Preludio began to take shape. The Preludio will also become a 4-minute hit that will be released by Giorgio Moroder and FPT Industrial, digitally distributed via a special project in collaboration with Spotify.

Also Hirose Electrics will display at CES Las Vegas 2020 the FX26, that has been selected as winners of the Innovation Award. The FX26 Series is a floating Board-to-Board connector developed for the internal connection of powertrains including motor controllers.
Checking on the Innovation Award list we find out Guss, the autonomous orchard sprayer powered by Cummins.
