Danfoss and AXCO Motors, a new alliance in mobile electrification

Danfoss and AXCO Motors. The Danish company announced the acquisition of the Finnish technology leader in large electric solutions for applications like maritime vessels and off-highway vehicles.
This deal has strengthened the Danfoss global position within mobile electrification. Danfoss and Axco Motors is the answer to the growing customer demand for electric solutions to reduce emissions and benefit from the efficiency and productivity gains that these solutions bring.

AXCO Motors, headquartered in Lappeenranta, Finland, will be integrated into Danfoss Editron — a business within the Danfoss Power Solutions segment.
