The aim of this acquisition is to vertically integrate into Himoinsa the development of hardware, software and firmware for its power generation equipment and to drive new solutions in areas such as hybrid power, battery storage and microgrids, etc.

Himoinsa has recently appointed Manuel Aguilera as Global Service Director. Mr. Aguilera will take up his new position on the 1st of June with a brief to strengthen the Service, Spare Parts and After Sales divisions.
