Terra Firma Energy recently commissioned a new plant in Droitwich Spa, UK with two of our mtu 20V4000 L64 FNER gas gensets delivering a total power of 5 MW. When discrepancies in supply occur, the generators can be deployed at short notice and provide the power needed to meet demand.

Rolls-Royce has commissioned ten mtu gas gensets in the Beheira province in northern Egypt to supply the Egyptian Wood Technology Company’s (WOTECH) production plant with electricity.

Rolls-Royce is supplying 10 mtu 20V 4000 L64 FNER gas gensets to its distributor partner Collicutt Energy Services for end user installations in Alberta, Canada. Each site will provide electricity into the grid at times of peak demand ensuring constant availability for the community and industry.

A significantly more powerful mtu submarine charging unit and mtu NautIQ automation systems for underwater ship control are currently on display at the Euronaval naval exhibition (Paris, 4-7 November), underlining Rolls-Royce’s role as a solutions provider in this special area of shipbuilding.
